SOLAHA CLASSIC WEARS is a Nigerian menswear brand selling online and delivering nationwide. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to reflect the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

We do not ask you to create an account, and there is no checkout on this site, so we do not collect names, addresses or payment details through these pages.

We do collect anonymous usage information automatically, including which pages you visit, how long you stay, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device and browser you use.

When you tap an order button you leave this website and continue on WhatsApp or Telegram. Anything you share in that conversation is handled inside that app, under that app's own privacy policy, and this policy no longer applies.

We use two third party tools that set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:

Google Analytics tells us how many people visit and which pieces they look at, so we know what to stock. It does not tell us who you are.

Meta Pixel tells us whether someone who saw one of our adverts on Facebook or Instagram went on to start a conversation with us. It also lets Meta show our adverts to people more likely to be interested.

You can block both by using your browser's privacy settings, private browsing mode, or an ad blocker. The website works normally either way.

To understand which pieces people want, to see whether our advertising is working, and to keep the website fast and functional. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Only the service providers that make the site work: Google (analytics), Meta (advertising measurement), Vercel (hosting), and Supabase (our product database). Each holds data under its own privacy terms. We do not share your information with anyone else.

Analytics and advertising data is retained by Google and Meta according to their own retention periods, typically between two and twenty six months. We do not keep a separate copy.

Under the NDPR you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to your information being used for advertising measurement.
